It’s worth mentioning that Jake won’t represent a client as both their REALTOR® and mortgage broker. He believes in transparency and ethical standards and will refer clients to an external mortgage broker for unbiased mortgage advice. As a recent graduate of the Ottawa Telfer School of Management in Finance, Jake has a strong foundation in the financial aspects of the industry. His passion lies in helping young first time home buyers navigate the real estate market without feeling overwhelmed or fearful.
