Teresa Ondrejicka has been involved in the housing industry for her entire working career.  Most recently she has been employed with Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities as Community Manager for several adult lifestyle communities.  She has also worked for Lifestyle Realty, owned by Parkbridge, selling new and resale homes in their large portfolio of communities in southwestern Ontario.

Teresa brings her expertise in land lease communities to Royal LePage Heartland and will continue to serve the needs of those communities in this region.  She understands the concept of land lease and can share the benefits of this lifestyle to all those considering to purchase a home.  Teresa has a great respect for those entering the retirement phase of their life and appreciates the decisions at this point have to be personal and can be very individual in nature.

Teresa is also well connected to mortgage specialists in the land lease markets to help ensure a smooth purchase with the most appropriate funding available.  

In her spare time Teresa is a yoga enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her two daughters and son in laws and is over the moon in love with her three grandsons and one granddaughter!
