Jarod McManus is a familiar face in the Huron County area. Born and raised in Seaforth and then relocating with his family to Goderich in 2013. Jarod attended high school at Goderich District Collegiate Institute where he was able to access the school’s excellent Cooperative Education Program. He saw first hand what it was like to work in the Real Estate industry and instantly developed a passion for it. From there his future plans developed. After Graduating from GDCI, Jarod embarked on the next phase of his journey by attending Fanshawe College’s Lawrence Kinlin School of Business. After hard work and his future plans in place, Jarod successfully Graduated from their Business Marketing Program. During this time, he worked for the local Canadian Tire in Goderich where he excelled at various Customer Service positions. With the goal of being able to network and understand the financial aspects of helping Clients achieve Home Ownership, he then accepted a position with TD Canada Trust in Goderich as an Advisor. From here he continued to grow his excellent communication and customer service skills. For a short time, Jarod relocated to London for another Advisor role within a larger TD Canada Trust branch. This allowed him to continue to network and gain new experiences as part of his pathway to becoming a Realtor. “It has always been my plan to become a Realtor. Working in both the retail and banking industry allowed me to develop my skills in “real life” situations and taught me ways to set myself apart from other Realtors.” Since completing his Real Estate Licence, Jarod is excited and ready to help all of his Clients in any way possible. He brings 10+ years of customer service experience and relationship building skill to the table and is committed to helping you achieve your home ownership and/or investment goals.
