After my schooling, I joined our family farm equipment business in which I earned my automotive mechanics licence, worked as a salesman, and ultimately owned and ran until 1991. During those years and beyond, I served on our volunteer fire department for 27 yrs. Asst Chief (14 yrs), Chief (7 yrs), and Mutual Fire Aid Coordinator for our County (7 yrs while Chief). In 1991 I started my Real Estate career, and three years later, my own Real Estate company which is still successful today. My father taught me that “If you always make your decisions based on achieving the best outcome for your client you will be more likely to succeed.” My interests outside of Real Estate are Music (played in bands all my life), Golf, and Motorcycling. Over my time in the business I have enjoyed the support of my family, and appreciate having our son Rick as a part owner.
